高烈度地区110 kV钢框架配电楼减震设计及分析

Shock Absorption Design And Analysis of 110 kV Steel Frame Distribution Building in High Intensity Area

  • 摘要: 近年来,根据国网公司变电站模块化建设要求,半户内、户内变电站的配电楼常采用钢框架结构,其楼屋面由于电气设备的布置要求一般为错层布置,本工程(原型为益阳南220 kV半户内变电站)采用220-A3-4方案,较低处屋面层在2~7轴交A~B轴间为大开洞结构(抗扭能力不强),同时屋顶构架的进出线荷载在配电楼的X轴(字母轴)上分布不均衡,故地震作用下配电楼的X轴水平层间位移比难以满足规范限值。本文对高烈度地区的110 kV配电楼按其结构特点布置粘滞阻尼器进行减震设计,通过为粘滞阻尼器设定合适的性能参数,在满足规范条文的前提下,配电楼结构可按降低一度(地震烈度)采取抗震构造措施,相比原设计既减小了层间位移比又减小了结构的最大层间位移,有利于电气设备的安全运行。最终减震设计方案节约了50 t钢材和30.7 m3混凝土。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, according to the modular construction requirements of State Grid Corporation of China,The power distribution building of semi-indoor and indoor substations usually adopts steel frame structure. Its roof is generally arranged in staggered layers due to the layout requirements for electrical equipment, the project adopts 220-A3-4 scheme, the lower roof layer is a large opening structure(weak torsional resistance)between the 2 ~ 7 axes and the A ~ B axes, while the load of incoming and outgoing lines is unevenly distributed on the X axis(letter axis) of the distribution building, so the X-aaxis horizontal inter story displacement ratio of the structure under seismic action is difficult to meet the code line. In this paper,the viscous damper is arranged according to the structural characteristic of the 110kV power distribution building in high intensity area. By selecting the appropriate performance parameters for viscous damper, seismic structural measures of the building can be reduced by one degree on the premise of meeting the provisions of the specification. Compared with the original design, it not only reduces the inter story displacement ratio,but also reduces the maximum inter story displacement.It is conductive to the safe operation of electrical equipment.Finally,the shock absorption design scheme simplified 50 tons of steel and 20.7 cubic meters of concrete.
