Abstract: Under the background of the "14th Five-Year Plan" digital transformation, the demand for lean management and high-quality development of power design enterprises is constantly increasing. Improving the information and digitalization management ability of design projects will help to build the core competitiveness of design enterprises.It is of great value to further release productivity and support the transformation of enterprises. Based on the project practice, this paper expounds the change of design project management concept, top-level planning, organization and implementation, and also summarizes the innovative achievements and experience problems, so as to promote the improvement of information and digital development management ability.
