大型国有企业投资管理数字化平台建设的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking on the Construction of Digital Platform for Investment Management of Large State-owned Enterprises

  • 摘要: 当前,投资业务已经成为大型国有企业效益增长的重要来源,随着投资项目的不断增多,管理的广度和难度进一步增大,依靠传统的方式无法满足对投资项目精细精益管理的要求。与此同时,以“云大物移智链”为主的数字化技术方兴未艾,各企业纷纷提出“数字化转型”战略,积极推动主营业务与数字技术的深度融合。在投资业务领域,如何借助数字化的加速度,赋能投资业务高质量发展已经成为目前投资发展的当务之急。本文以中国能建为例,从投资项目的全生命周期、全流程管理出发,提出投资管理数字化平台建设的有益思路和方法。

     

    Abstract: At present, investment business has become an important source of benefit growth of large-scale state-owned enterprises. With the continuous increase of investment projects, the scope and difficulty of management have further increased. Relying on traditional methods can not meet the requirements of fine and lean management of investment projects. At the same time, the digital technology based on the "Cloud computing, Internet of things, Mobile Internet,Big data, Artificial intelligence, Blockchain " is in the ascendant, and various enterprises have put forward the "digital transformation" strategy to actively promote the deep integration of the main business and digital technology. In the field of investment business, how to enable high-quality development of investment business with the help of digital acceleration has become an urgent task for investment development. This paper takes a central construction enterprise as an example, from the perspective of the whole life cycle and the whole process management of the investment project,puts forward some useful ideas and methods for the construction of investment management digital platform, with a view to guiding the construction of large-scale state-owned enterprises’ investment management digital platform.
