Abstract: The authors systematically describe the basic connotation, necessity, development paths and safeguard measures of industrial digital transformation for electric power design enterprises. The application of integrated product development（IPD） management system in guiding the implementation of key production and research directions is discussed. Taking an electric power design enterprise as an example, this paper points out the strategic direction and implementation path of industrial digital transformation, and the industrial digital ecosystem on enterprise level. Finally, the overall structure of mutual integration and unity of opposites between industrial digitalization and management digitalization is constructed.
