Development of Revit to PKPM Connection Software for Structural

  • 摘要: 开发Revit与PKPM的贯通软件,在Revit中添加全部荷载、PM和SATWE参数,以覆盖的形式输出“.jws”计算,即在Revit中完成SATWE前处理。软件开发完成,整体测试通过后进行对比验证,采用3个已完工的混凝土框架结构,在Revit中人工建模后使用贯通软件输出“.jws”并计算,与原SATWE计算结果进行对比,结果均100%一致。在实际工程中选择了3个中小规模的混凝土框架结构进行BIM正向设计,Revit中人工建模后,反复调整模型并使用贯通软件输出“.jws”计算,在Revit中人工创建结构施工图。结果表明,在Revit中完成结构计算软件全部前处理工作从而实现与结构计算软件的贯通是可行的,不仅能够应用到实际结构的BIM正向设计,还不低于二维CAD设计的效率。

     

    Abstract: Develop the connection software between Revit and PKPM, add all the load and PM & SATWE parameters in Revit, then output the “. jws” file in the form of overlay. That is, complete preprocessing of SATWE software in Revit. After the software development and the overall test is passed, the comparison and verification are carried out.Three completed concrete frame structures are adopted, and after manually modeling in Revit, the “. jws” is output and then calculated. Compared with the original SATWE calculation results, the results are 100% consistent. In the actual project, three small and medium-sized concrete frame structures were selected for BIM forward design.After artificial modeling in Revit, the model was adjusted repeatedly and the “. jws” was output to SATWE, and the structural construction drawings were created manually in Revit. The results show that it is feasible to complete all the preprocessing work of the structural calculation software in Revit so as to realize the connection with the structural calculation software. It can not only be applied to the BIM forward design of the actual structure, but also be no less efficient than the two-dimensional CAD design.
