Abstract: Enterprise digitization center is the effective support and organization guarantee for the realization of enterprise digitization development strategy. This paper expounds the necessity of establishing digitization center in enterprises and puts forward concrete implementation suggestions, including clarifying the functional orientation and primary responsibilities of the digitalization center, strengthening the personnel allocation of enterprise digital center, establishing the evaluation and incentive and talent training mechanism of enterprise digitization center, and establishing the employee promotion channel of enterprise digital center. On this basis, in order to ensure the normal operation of the enterprise digitization center and help the enterprise digital transformation produce effective results,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward, including strengthening the organization and leadership of the production department, strengthening multi-channel personnel training, ensuring the precise investment of resources,and maintaining firm strategic focus.
