High-altitude Combination and Installation Technology of Blade for Wind Turbine Generator

  • 摘要: 风机组装时需要足够大的吊装平台,一些山地风电工程受施工现场实际场地影响,较难采用常规的风叶地面组装、整体吊装的方案。广东清远某风电场采用叶片专用吊具进行叶片空中组对直装工艺,总结该风电场风机叶片安装过程中的工艺流程及操作要点,介绍风机叶片高空组合安装技术。

     

    Abstract: When assembling,a large enough lifting platform is needed.Some mountainous construction is affected by the actual site of the construction site,and it is difficult to adopt the conventional ground assembly and overall lifting scheme.Special lifting tools have been used to carry out the air connecting and direct installation process of blades in a wind farm located in Qingyuan,Guangdong province.This paper has systematically summarized the technological process and operation points in the blade installation process for the wind turbine generator in the wind farm,and the high-altitude combination installation technology of blades is introduced.
