小转弯半径大断面引水隧洞上平段衬砌施工技术

Lining Construction Technology for Top Horizontal Section of Intake Tunnel with Small Turning Radius and Large Section

  • 摘要: 针对乌东德水电站小转弯半径大断面引水隧洞上平段衬砌结构轮廓要求、钢模台车的周转使用、混凝土过流面控制施工缝搭接质量难度大等关键问题,文章在前期研究及实践的基础上,形成小转弯半径大断面引水隧洞上平段衬砌施工技术。该施工技术在钢模台车底口增设翻模解决底拱与边顶拱纵缝优质搭接的问题,免去后期修补投入;通过在新老混凝土接缝处增设柔性搭接模的方式,解决混凝土过流面横缝平顺连接的问题;在多分段拼装式钢模板台车之间增设不同型号凑合节,使得不同半径弯弧段衬砌的尺寸最大偏差不超过2 cm,不仅满足设计要求,而且可以周转使用,兼容直线段和弯弧段混凝土施工。应用效果表明,采用该施工技术能够达到过流面隧洞混凝土质量要求,加快施工进度,降低施工成本。

     

    Abstract: Intake tunnels in Wudongde hydropower station have small turning radius and large section.For lining construction of the top horizontal section of intake tunnel,the structural contour requirements of the lining and the turnover use of steel form jumbo are key problems.And it is difficult to control the lap quality of construction joints on concrete flow surface.On the basis of preliminary research and practice,the lining construction technology for top horizontal section of intake tunnel with small turning radius and large section is formed.By adopting this construction technology,high-quality lap joint between bottom arch and side top arch is achieved by adding turning-over form at the bottom of the steel form jumbo,and the repair investment in the later period is avoided.By adding flexible lap form at the joint of new and old concrete,the problem of smooth connection of transverse joints of concrete flow surface has been solved.Different types of expansion joints are added between steel form jumbos of multi-section assembly type in order that the maximum size deviation of lining of curved section with different radiuses is less than 2cm.As a result,the design requirements and turnover use of steel form jumbo are achieved,and the construction of top horizontal section is compatible with the concrete construction of the straight-line section and curved section.The application results show that the construction technology can meet the concrete quality requirements for the inside section of intake tunnel,speed up the construction progress,and reduce the construction cost.
