新三管高压旋喷灌浆在唐家渡围堰中的应用

Application of New Three-pipes High Pressure Jet Grouting in Cofferdam of Tangjiadu Hydropower and Navigation Project

  • 摘要: 常规的围堰防渗处理是采用三管法进行高压旋喷灌浆施工。由于采用高压水为主射流,在流动的丰水地层中使浆液变得更稀,流失得更快,无法形成有效的防水帷幕墙体。唐家渡电航枢纽工程基坑内外水头落差平均11 m,最大23 m,常规高压旋喷灌浆无法满足动水及高水头差等复杂条件施工。通过对常规高压旋喷灌浆设备进行改造,将原本的高压水、中压风及低压浆常规三管介质调整成高压水泥浆、压缩空气、水玻璃浆液新三管介质送入孔底混合成墙。通过设置高压旋喷灌浆试验孔进行灌浆试验,确定新三管高压旋喷灌浆施工技术参数,使用新三管高压旋喷灌浆施工可保证围堰防渗施工质量,节约成本,并加快施工进度。

     

    Abstract: The conventional anti-seepage treatment of cofferdam is the construction of high-pressure rotary jet grouting with three pipes.Because the high-pressure water jet is used as the main jet,the slurry becomes thinner and loses faster in the flowing water-rich stratum,so the effective waterproof curtain wall cannot be formed.The average drop of water head inside and outside Tangjiadu hydropower and navigation project foundation pit is 11 meters,and the maximum is 23 meters.The conventional high-pressure rotary jet grouting cannot meet the complex construction conditions such as dynamic water and high head difference.Through the transformation of conventional high-pressure rotary jet grouting equipment,the original high pressure water,medium pressure air and low pressure slurry conventional three pipe medium adjustment into high pressure cement slurry,compressed air,sodium silicate slurry new three-pipes medium sent to the bottom of the hole mixed into the wall.The technical parameters of the new three-pipe high-pressure rotary jet grouting construction were determined by setting experimental holes for grouting.The construction of cofferdam with new three-pipes high-pressure rotary jet grouting has ensured the construction quality,reduced the cost,and speeded up the construction progress.
