  • 摘要: 随着三维数字化设计的快速推进,电网工程对地理信息数字化水平要求越来越高。系统性阐述了输电线路三维地理信息一体化平台的架构、功能设计及特点,平台以高精度数字正射影像图(digital orthophoto map,DOM)、数字高程模型(digital elevation model,DEM)、数字线划图(digital line graphic,DLG)、激光点云数据、倾斜摄影数据和外业调绘数据为基础,以属性数据为依托,结合电网专题数据、通道数据、基础地质数据,构建三维立体场景,实现图属一体、统筹分析且智能提供综合成果的一体化平台,助力三维数字化设计在电网工程中的稳步推进。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid advancement of 3D digital design,power grid engineering has higher and higher requirements for the digital level of geographic information.This paper systematically expounds the architecture,functional design and characteristics of the integrated platform of three-dimensional geographic information for transmission lines.The platform is based on high-precision DOM,DEM,DLG,laser point cloud data,oblique photography data and field inspection data,relies on attribute data,and combines power grid thematic data,channel data,and basic geological data to build a three-dimensional scene,so as to realize an integrated platform that integration of graphic and attribute,overall analysis,and intelligently provide comprehensive results.In order to promote the steady progress of three-dimensional digital design in power grid engineering.
