Experimental Study on Low-load Combustion Optimization of 350 MW Supercritical Swirl Combustion Boiler

  • 摘要: 针对近年来火电机组大规模参与深度调峰,机组锅炉低负荷燃烧面临的问题,本文以宁夏某电厂350 MW超临界旋流燃烧锅炉为例,进行了锅炉燃烧器稳燃和热负荷均匀性试验,以及磨煤机组合方式、氧量、配风方式及煤粉细度的调整试验。调整后,低负荷燃烧不稳定、煤粉燃尽差、脱硝入口NOx浓度高和蒸汽温度偏低的问题得到明显改善。

     

    Abstract: In view of the large-scale participation of thermal power units in deep peak shaving in recent years, the problems faced by low-load combustion of units. In this paper, taking a 350MW supercritical swirling combustion boiler in a power plant in Ningxia as an example, the steady combustion cold state test of boiler burner, burner heat load uniformity test, coal mill combination mode, oxygen content, air distribution mode and pulverized coal fineness adjustment are carried out. After the test, problems of unstable low load combustion, poor pulverized coal burnout, high NOx concentration at denitration inlet and low steam temperature are significantly improved.
