1 350 MW超大容量空冷机组除氧器选型研究

Selection of Deaerator for 1 350 MW Super-capacity Unit

  • 摘要: 介绍火力发电机组中除氧器的除氧原理、应用和分类,简述不同除氧器的结构和流程,比较分析传统除氧器和内置式一体化除氧器的特点,结合核心部件雾化喷嘴的出力,针对超大容量机组内置式一体化除氧器选型进行分析研究,提出超大容量机组采用一固三滑四支座、两大一小三喷嘴单列内置式除氧器方案。该方案满足给水除氧需求,同时可节约设备投资,为机组向超大容量发展提供了思路。

     

    Abstract: The artical introduce deaerator principle,the application and classification of deaerator in thermal power generation unit,briefly describe the structure and process of different deaerator,analysis and comparison the differences between conventional deaerator and built-in deaerator.In combination with the output of atomizing nozzle,the selection of 1 350 MW super-capacity unit deaerator is studied,one-fix and three-slide surpots、two-big and one-small multiple nozzles built-in deaerator is recommend.it meets the demand of feed water deaeration and can save equipment investment,providing ideas for the development of the unit to very large capacity.
