Design and Application of of New Type Concrete-Filled Steel Tube X-shaped Diagonals in Dry Cooling Tower Project

  • 摘要: 为简化自然通风空冷塔X型支柱的施工工艺,缩短施工时间,降低施工成本,研究钢管混凝土X支柱自然通风空冷塔技术,并应用于陕西某煤电一体化电厂项目。工程实践表明:采用钢管混凝土X支柱空冷塔新技术后,可大幅缩短斜支柱的施工工期,提高作业效率,减少人工投入,降低工程造价,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: In order to simplify the construction process of the diagonal columns of natural draught dry cooling tower(NDDCT),shorten the construction time and reduce the construction cost,this paper studied the technology of the new type concrete-filled steel tube X-shaped diagonal for NDDCT and applied it to a coal power integrated power plant project in Shaanxi.The engineering application practice shows that NDDCT with new type concrete-filled steel tube X-shaped diagonal column can greatly shorten the construction period of columns,reduce labor input,improve build efficiency and reduce construction cost,which has remarkable economic and social benefits.
