犁式卸料器在低流动性物料卸料中的应用及改进

Application and Improvement Design of Plough Discharger in Unloading of Low Mobility Material

  • 摘要: 犁式卸料器广泛应用于带式输送机的中部卸料,具有结构简单、经济性高的特点。但在实际工程应用中,常因物料流动性低等原因,造成撒料溢料。针对该问题进行分析,并对犁煤器部件进行改进。

     

    Abstract: Plough discharger is widely used in unloading in the middle of the belt conveyor because it has simple structure and it is economic.But there are some problems in project application such as spilling and overflow when the material has low mobility.Analysis and improvement have been made according to these problem and have been proved to be successful.
