Abstract: In order to improve the automation degree of coal sampling and sample preparation system in thermal power plants,and reduce human input and manual intervention,this paper,combined with the design of coal sampling and sample preparation system in some project,proposes an arrangement scheme with a new coal sample collection system,intelligent sample making system and surplus material automatic return system for reference.
