The Combined Design of Big Filter Dust Hopper and Fly Ash Silo of Coal Power Plant

摘要: 除尘器灰斗替代飞灰库的储灰功能,取消飞灰库和气力输灰系统,能够节省投资,降低运行维护费用。相应需要对灰斗的有效容积和结构安全性进行设计。本文对灰斗的容积、变形量、应力进行研究,结果表明除尘器灰斗与飞灰库合并方案在技术上是可行的,其经济性也优于传统的正压气力输送+飞灰库方案。

Abstract: The bag filter dust hopper can replace the storage function of the fly ash silo and cancel the fly ash storehouse and pneumatic ash transport system,which can save investment and reduce the operation andmaintenance cost.
