圆形煤场室内地坪坡度研究分析

摘要: 通过数值计算方法研究了圆形封闭煤场室内地坪坡度对储煤量的影响,得出储煤量与地坪坡度和挡煤墙的对应变化关系。研究结果表明:适当调整室内地坪坡度可显著提升储煤量,并且在同样的煤场直径下,可通过搭配地坪坡度和挡煤墙高度使得储煤量得到最优解。利用数值计算结果分析地坪坡度对输煤系统的设备、土建造价的影响,提出了优化设计、节约投资的思路。Abstract: The influence that slope floor on coal storage capacity of circular coal yard were studied by numerical calculation method,the relationship between coal storage and floor slope are obtained.The results show that the storage capacity can significantly increase by appropriately adjusting the floor slope and the best solution of coal storage amount is exist at each specific coal yard diameter.The numerical calculation results are also used to analyze the effect of the slope floor on construction cost of coal handling system,a method to optimizing the design and saving the investment are put forward.
