Abstract: Plant Site General Selection is an important part of the preliminary work of the project.This paper referred to the series of regulations and standards of the nuclear power plant,in light of the safety characteristics of Deep-pool Low-temperature Heating Reactor,analyzed the factors influencing the location of the plant site,established an evaluation index system，employed AHP to determine the weight of the index and at the end,take for instance a northern urban heating project,proposed the solution of the reasonable location of the plant site.
