Discussion on the Overall Design of Offshore Wind Power Projects in the Greater Bay Area

  • 摘要: 珠海金湾海上风电场是大湾区首个以总承包模式建设的大型海上风电场项目。项目年平均风速低、设计极端风速高,台风影响大。风电场地处大湾区,有海域使用情况复杂、利益相关方众多,所处海域具有施工窗口期少、风机单桩基础大等特点。通过优化设计,克服风机供货紧张、船机资源紧缺、南海台风频发等困难,历时近22个月圆满完工,完成全容量并网。

     

    Abstract: Jinwan offshore wind farm is the first large-scale offshore wind farm project constructed in the greater bay area under a EPC model.The annual average wind speed of this project is low,the design extreme wind speed is high,and the impact of typhoon is great.The wind farm is located in the greater bay area,where the use of sea areas is complex and there are many stakeholders.The area in which it is located has the characteristics of short construction windows and large single pile foundations for wind turbines.Through optimized design,and overcomes the shortage of wind turbine supply,shortage of ship engine resources,and frequent typhoons in the south China sea,finally it took nearly 22 months to successfully complete and connect to the grid with full capacity.
