海上风电项目钢管桩防腐蚀设计研究

The Anti-corrosion Design of Steel Pipe Piles in Offshore Wind Farm Projects

  • 摘要: 海上风机基础结构的合理设计是海上风电机组的安全运行的基础。在腐蚀环境极其恶劣的海洋环境中,防腐设计成为基础设计中重要环节。海上风电工程所用的钢管桩基础,钢结构防腐的重要方式包括防腐涂层和牺牲阳极保护等,有效可靠的防腐涂层配套体系以及合理的布置牺牲阳极保护将是保证基础有效寿命的重要措施。结合大练岛海上风电项目,提出相应的防腐涂层配套体系,详尽地分析研究牺牲阳极的布置方案和设计计算。

     

    Abstract: The reasonable design of offshore wind turbine foundation structure is the basis for the safe operation of offshore wind turbine.In the extremely harsh marine environment,anti-corrosion design has become an important part of foundation design.For the steel pipe pile foundation used in offshore wind power engineering,the important ways of steel structure anticorrosion include anticorrosive coating and sacrificial anode protection.Effective and reliable anticorrosive coating supporting system and reasonable arrangement of sacrificial anode protection will be important measures to ensure the effective life time of the foundation.Combined with the offshore wind power project in Dalian Island,the corresponding anti-corrosion coating supporting system is proposed,and the layout scheme and design calculation of sacrificial anode are analyzed and studied in detail.
