陆上风电机组刚性承台桩基础基桩变刚度设计技术
Design Technology of Variable Stiffness of Pile Foundation Under the Rigid Cap for Onshore Wind Turbine

摘要: 针对刚性基础下"全部或部分基桩竖向刚度各不相同""同一根基桩竖向抗拔刚度与抗压刚度不相同"时桩顶竖向力计算问题,通过分析,给出完整的桩顶竖向力计算公式和相应的"基桩竖向刚度迭代算法",以求解基桩顶部竖向力;在此基础上,针对诸如承受风荷载等需要考虑水平荷载作用方向问题的桩基础,给出桩顶竖向力随水平荷载作用方向变化而变化的自动算法,并编制了相应的计算程序,建立刚性承台桩基础基桩变刚度设计技术。实际工程中,当刚性基础下基桩竖向刚度存在差异分布时,在不同方向水平荷载作用下,桩顶竖向力控制值的计算相当复杂;所编制的计算程序可以较好地解决这个问题,为工程设计提供了一种准确、高效的分析工具。Abstract: In order to solve the vertical force on the top of foundation pile,according to the calculation of vertical force on the top of pile in the case of “all or part of the vertical stiffness of foundation piles are different”,“the vertical uplift stiffness and compression stiffness of the same foundation pile are different”,the complete calculation formula of vertical force on the top of pile and the corresponding “iteration algorithm of vertical stiffness of foundation pile” are given through analysis;on this basis,as to the pile foundation which needs to consider the action direction of horizontal load due to wind load,the automatic algorithm of the vertical force of pile top changing with the action direction of horizontal load is given.In practical engineering,when the vertical stiffness of foundation pile under rigid foundation distributes differently,when the action of horizontal load in different directions,the calculation of the control value of vertical force on the top of pile is quite complex;in this paper,the calculation method and the calculation program compiled given can solve this problem well,providing an accurate and efficient analysis tool for engineering design.
