基于SACS的海上升压站的谱疲劳分析

摘要: 海上升压站多为焊接钢结构,在长期波浪荷载作用下,焊接钢结构尤其焊接节点易出现疲劳损伤乃至破坏,因此,合理的评估海上升压站结构的疲劳性能对于结构设计尤为重要。基于某220?kV海上升压站,运用有限元软件SACS建立海上升压站模型,根据DNVGL-RP-C203:2016《Fatigue Design of Offshore Steel Structures》和API-RP-2A-WSD:2014《Planning,Designing,and Constructing Fixed Offshore Platforms—WorkingStress Design》规范,获得了导管架与撑杆连接节点—圆管节点的疲劳寿命;同时,采用SACS软件建立节点有限元模型,计算节点应力集中系数,获得上部组块与导管架连接节点—非圆管节点的疲劳寿命。Abstract: The offshore booster stations are mostly welded steel structures.Under long-term wave loads,welded steel structures,especially welded joints,are prone to fatigue damage and even destruction.Therefore,a reasonable assessment of the fatigue performance of sea booster stations is particularly important for structural design.Based on a 220?kV sea booster station,the finite element software SACS is used to establish a sea booster station model.According to "Fatigue Design of Offshore Steel Structures" (DNVGL-RP-C203:2016) and "Planning,Designing,and Constructing Fixed Offshore Platforms—Working Stress Design"(API-RP-2A-WSD:2014)specifications,and the fatigue life of the jackets and supports connection node--the circular pipe node is obtained.Also,the finite element model of the node is established using SACS software,the stress concentration coefficient of the node is calculated,and the fatigue life of the upper block and jacket connection node-the non-circular pipe node is obtained.Related work can provide reference for fatigue analysis of offshore booster stations.
