Abstract:
At present, the regulation and operation mode of power system dominated by large power grid and one-way planned dispatching has been difficult to adapt to the development of new power systems. To promote the accommodation of distributed generation(DG) and solve the balance problem of large power grid, it is necessary to systematically sort out and plan the cooperative control functions of the distribution secondary system. Based on the analysis of large power grid balance area and German balance unit mechanism, autonomy and aggregation forms and typical modes of distribution network are analyzed; Considering the china vertical regulation hierarchy and new business forms of multiple subjects in the distribution network, propose a multi-level collaborative and regional autonomous control framework for the large power grid, distribution network, and microgrid, as well as a technical architecture for active power hierarchical scheduling and multi-level collaborative control.Focusing on the distribution collaborative control function of distributed resources, the core technologies such as resource aggregation, collection and control, and active power control are discussed around multi-level collaborative and regional autonomy. Finally, the distribution secondary functional planning scheme of distributed resource cooperative regulation is proposed, and the feasibility is preliminarily verified in the engineering project.
