北美电网可靠性评估标准发展动态及对我国电网规划的建议

Reliability Assessment of North American Bulk Power System and Suggestions for Planning of Power Grid in China

  • 摘要: 近年来随着高比例可再生能源接入电力系统,电力系统运行的可靠性面临越来越严峻的挑战。文章总结了北美电力可靠性公司(North American Electric Reliability Corporation, NERC)所做的针对北美电网长期可靠性评估准则的主要内容及其最新发展,阐述了影响北美电网可靠性的主要因素,在此基础上分析了高比例可再生能源对电网可靠性的影响情况和改进建议。最后,文章结合我国电力系统规划与运行发展情况进行了分析,针对我国在完善电力系统可靠性标准、电力统筹设计与规划、新能源大规模并网消纳等方面提出建议。

     

    Abstract: Reliability of power system is facing severe challenges due to the full accommodation of renewable energy. In this paper, on the basis of the long-term reliability assessment of north American bulk power system, the main factors affecting the reliability of power grid are discussed, and the influence of renewable energy on power system reliability is analyzed. Finally, according to current situation of power system planning and operation in China, suggestions are put forward for improving the reliability standard, integrated design of power grid and full accommodation of renewable energy.
