Abstract:
Flexible resources are new types of equipment that form the power system, and the increase in the penetration rate of new energy not only has an impact on the demand for power and energy, but also has a demand for the short-term response ability of flexible resources. By extracting the comprehensive characteristics of flexible resources, the main demand of the power system for flexible resources is analyzed, and the flexible resource allocation planning is realized. In this study, the flexible resource indicators such as energy, power, continuous discharge time, response time, and single-point scale limit are obtained by calculating the power balance, new energy penetration rate and equipment adequacy of the regional power system. The TOPSIS algorithm is used to measure the matching degree between the allocation scheme and the demand scheme, so as to realize the evaluation and selection of the flexible resource allocation scheme.
