Innovative Practice of a Smart Construction Site Safety Supervision Platform Based on 5G+AI

  • 摘要: 在核电厂数字化转型和智慧化发展的趋势下,工程建造领域对智慧化项目实施的需求日益增强。本文的智慧工地平台在某核电站建设中开展了应用实践。采用5G+MEC无线网络技术、边缘计算技术、北斗+蓝牙定位技术、视频监控和AI智能分析等关键技术,智慧工地平台实现了工程建设区域的5G无线网络全覆盖、实时视频监控。平台主要功能包括AI实时分析和预警工程安全监管行为、施工现场人员和车辆的实时定位和报警、与施工现场广播系统的联动、实时环境监测以及工程现场的门禁控制和人员实时管理。平台提升了突发事件的突反应速度和处置速度,将被动式管理转变为智能化主动式管理,有效提高了施工现场的管理水平和管理效率。

     

    Abstract: In the context of digital transformation and intelligent development in nuclear power plant construction, the demand for smart project implementation in the engineering construction field is increasingly growing. This paper presents the application practice of a smart construction site platform in the construction of a nuclear power station. Utilizing key technologies such as 5G+MEC wireless network technology, edge computing, Beidou+bluetooth positioning, video surveillance, and AI intelligent analysis, the smart construction site platform achieves full coverage of 5G wireless networks and real-time video monitoring in the construction area. The platform’s main functions include AI-based real-time analysis and early warning for engineering safety supervision, real-time positioning and alerting of personnel and vehicles at the construction site, integration with the site’s broadcasting system, real-time environmental monitoring, and access control and real-time management of personnel on site. The platform enhances the rapid response and handling of emergencies, transforming passive management into proactive intelligent management, effectively improving the level and efficiency of site management.
