基于IEC61970-CIM的继电保护定值配置可视化管理系统

Visual management system of relay protection setting configuration based on IEC61970-CIM

  • 摘要: 由于电网规模越来越大,结构也越来越复杂,导致继电保护定值配置面临巨大难度。在此背景下,针对以往系统反应慢,不能实现即点即用与所见即所得以及保护定值变更生成缺乏自适应性的问题,将电网结构与继电保护定值单有机结合起来,设计一种基于IEC61970-CIM的继电保护定值配置可视化管理系统。借鉴B/S架构设计系统框架,包括数据访问层、业务逻辑层以及可视化显示层;围绕C8051F040单片机搭建硬件系统,为系统选取合适的物理设备;基于IEC61970-CIM标准化技术、信息库同步技术、专家决策系统、指令模拟操作与防误校验技术、可视化技术设计系统功能模块。结果表明:所设计系统的反应平均延迟要少于基于智能优化算法的继电保护装置整定系统和通用继电保护地调定值自动校准系统,说明本系统反应能力更强;所设计系统应用下,继电保护输出功率与理论值更为接近,相关系数绝对值更大,说明本系统的自适应变更能力更强。

     

    Abstract: The configuration of relay protection setting is faced with great difficulty because of the increasing scale and complexity of the power system. In this context, in order to solve the problem of slow response of the previous system, which can not realize the on-demand and on-demand WYSIWYG and the lack of self-adaptability of the change generation of relay setting values, the power network structure and relay setting values are organically combined, a visual relay protection configuration management system based on IEC61970-CIM is designed. Draw lessons from B/s frame design system frame, including data access layer, business logic layer and visual display layer, build hardware system around C8051F040, select suitable physical equipment for the system. Based on IEC61970-CIM standardization technology, information database synchronization technology, expert decision system, instruction simulation and error proofing technology, visual technology design system function module. The results show that the average response delay of the designed system is less than that of the relay setting system and the general relay setting automatic calibration system based on the intelligent optimization algorithm in the application of the designed system, the output power of the relay protection is closer to the theoretical value, and the absolute value of the correlation coefficient is larger.
