基于区域划分和数据流向及端口信息的智能变电站二次虚回路校验方法

Method for verifying secondary virtual circuit of smart substation based on area division, data flow direction and port information

  • 摘要: 智能变电站系统配置描述文件(System Configuration Description, SCD)描述了智能变电站二次系统的虚端子关联和虚回路连接等关键信息,其二次虚回路的正确性对全站二次系统的安全可靠运行至关重要,目前对其正确性的校验工作则依赖人工根据其专业知识来检查完成,效率极低且准确性不高。为此,本文通过分析智能变电站的二次虚回路结构,进而研究了SCD文件中的智能设备的属性及其之间的关联性,包括区域划分、数据流向、端口信息匹配等,提出了基于区域划分和数据流向及端口信息的智能变电站二次虚回路校验方法,并基于所提的二次虚回路校验方法,研制了SCD文件二次虚回路正确性校验软硬件,在此基础上进行了工程测试,测试结果表明该方法可快速、可靠、准确地完成SCD文件二次虚回路校验。

     

    Abstract: The system configuration description(SCD) describes the key information of the secondary system of the intelligent substation, such as the virtual terminal correlation and virtual circuit connection, the correctness of the secondary virtual circuit is very important to the safe and reliable operation of the secondary system of the whole station. The validity of its correctness at present depends on manual inspection according to its professional knowledge, which is very inefficient and inaccurate. Therefore, this paper analyzes the secondary virtual circuit structure of intelligent substation, and then studies the attributes of intelligent devices in SCD file and their correlation, including region division, data flow direction, port information matching, etc.,a secondary virtual loop validation method based on region partition and data flow direction and port information for intelligent substation is proposed, and the software and hardware for SCD file secondary virtual loop validation are developed based on the proposed secondary virtual loop validation method, the test results show that this method can quickly, reliably and accurately complete the secondary virtual loop test of SCD file.
