电网故障处置预案电子化与在线智能编制系统设计

摘要: 本文针对常见电网故障处置预案中协同水平低,人工翻阅文本效率差等问题,提出了电网故障处置预案电子化与在线智能编制系统,首先将传统的故障处置预案信息进行结构化、模块化处理;再通过电力系统信息交互E语言规范实现了不同系统间的文件传输,保证了电力系统的安全性;然后根据电网实际故障的处置过程和多类安全稳定问题的处置优先级,设计研发了电网故障处置预案在线校核与智能编制系统,实现预案电子化的解析、识别、推送和校核,并给出预案中处置措施的具体调整量;文中最后以两个算例分别验证了该系统的电网故障预案校核和追加控制措施的能力,充分说明了该系统的实用性,免去人工查找翻阅的流程,为电网调度运行人员在电网发生故障的紧急状态下,快速提供所需的信息支持。Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low coordination level and low efficiency of manual text reading, this paper presents an electronic and on-line intelligent system for power network fault handling plans.First, structure and modularize the traditional contingency plan information. Then through the power system information interaction E language specification, the file transfer between different systems is realized to ensure the safety of the power system. According to the process of dealing with the actual fault of power network and the priority of dealing with various security and stability problems, the online checking and intelligent compiling system of the fault handling plan of power network is designed and developed. The analysis, identification, push and check of the plan electronization are realized, and the concrete adjustment quantity of the disposal measure in the plan is given. In the end, two calculation examples are used to verify the system’s plan check and the ability of the system to add control measures. This fully demonstrates the practicability of the system and eliminate the manual search process. The system provides the required information support for the dispatching operators of the power grid in the emergency state of the power grid failure.
