基于穆迪图表-熵权法-AHP的企业综合能效评估

Comprehensive energy efficiency assessment of enterprises based on Moody’s chart and entropy method and AHP

  • 摘要: 为了深化推进国家节能降耗工作,利用用户侧能源大数据来建立企业级综合能源利用效率准确评估模型及方法,从而优化企业的用能效率。本文以装备制造类企业为研究对象,首先通过分析企业能源组成特点,提出了该类企业的能效评估范围;然后利用层次分析法构建了企业级综合能效评估体系,综合考虑了企业经济性、供能侧、用能侧能效,将企业的综合能效评估分为5层;并且采用了基于orness度优化权数的穆迪图表的方法与熵权法组合方法来计算出不同层次的指标权重,并通过加权法建立出企业综合能效计算模型。最后利用企业现场数据计算出不同时间维度与空间维度的综合能效数据;通过结果分析验证了文中提出的企业综合能效评估体系及其方法的有效性,并形成了对企业的节能降耗工作的指导意见。

     

    Abstract: In order to deepen the work of promoting national energy conservation and consumption reduction, user-side energy big data is used to establish an accurate assessment model and method for enterprise-level comprehensive energy use efficiency, so as to optimize the energy use efficiency of enterprises. This paper takes equipment manufacturing enterprises as the research object. Firstly, according to the characteristics of the energy composition of such enterprises, the scope of energy efficiency assessment is proposed. The analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the evaluation system of integrated energy efficiency for enterprises. It comprehensively considers the energy efficiency of the company’s economy, energy supply side and energy use side, The system divides the evaluation of integrated energy efficiency for enterprises into five layers. In addition, the combination method of Moody’s chart and entropy weight method is used to calculate the index weights of different levels, and the enterprise comprehensive energy efficiency calculation model is established through the weighting method. Finally, the comprehensive energy efficiency data of different temporal and spatial dimensions were calculated using the on-site data of the enterprises. The analysis of the results verified the effectiveness of the comprehensive energy efficiency assessment system and its method proposed in the paper, and formed guidance for the energy saving and consumption reduction work of enterprises.
