基于云计算的智能电网调度平台研究

Research on smart grid dispatching platform based on Cloud Computing

  • 摘要: 针对我国能源领域近年来出现的新问题,诸如新能源大量并网和消纳、源网荷的联动、提高电网数据处理效率、增强电网风险防范能力等,提出利用电力大数据和云计算技术构建综合型的智能电网调度云计算平台,借助调度云计算平台高效的数据计算能力,提高电网中调度大数据的处理效率,合理配置电力资源。阐述调度云计算平台的工作原理,并在调度云计算平台的基础上,将电网的调度结构和外部气象、地质、水文、定位、图像识别等信息相结合,组建调度云应用平台。以省级电网调度为例,按照电网需求和调度功能,在调度云应用平台上进行功能模块设计,构建省级电网调度云计算平台。通过试验说明调度云计算平台在调度数据处理方面确有优势。最后对调度云计算平台的实现工作展开探讨,阐述调度云计算平台实现的前提条件。

     

    Abstract: In view of the new problems in China’s energy field in recent years,such as a large number of renewable energy connected and consumed,source-grid-load linkage,improving efficiency of power grid data processing,enhancing ability of power grid risk prevention,etc. this paper proposes to build a comprehensive intelligent grid dispatching cloud computing platform by using power big data and cloud computing technology. With the help of the dispatching cloud computing platform,the processing efficiency of large data is enhanced,and the power resources are allocated rationally. This paper expounds the working principle of dispatching cloud computing platform,and combines the dispatching structure of power grid with meteorological,geological,hydrological,positioning,image recognition and other external information to form a dispatching cloud application platform. Taking the provincial power dispatching as an example,according to the provincial grid demand and dispatching function,the function modules are designed,further more,the provincial grid dispatching cloud computing platform is constructed. By the experiments,we can see that the dispatching cloud computing platform has advantages in dispatching data processing. Finally,the implementation of the dispatch cloud computing platform is discussed and the prerequisites for the implementation of the dispatch cloud computing platform are elaborated.
