Abstract: Taking a nuclear power plant team as an example, the team building safety management system for a nuclear power plant is specified starting from the safety management "5831" model. By the practice in the five basic tasks, eight backbones, three major supports and one goal, the system is applied with sound effects,which improves the team safety management level and available for relevant personnel as reference.
