Analysis and Countermeasures on Bypass Platen Switching Risks in Safety Automation Device

  • 摘要: 通过对某110 kV变电站旁代操作中涉及的110 kV备自投装置“旁代压板”投退顺序的典型错误进行分析,阐述旁代操作中旁代压板的错误投退对备自投跳闸逻辑、和电流逻辑及放电逻辑的影响,提炼归纳出一种安自装置旁代压板操作顺序,以保证在旁代操作过程中备自投逻辑的准确可靠动作。

     

    Abstract: By analyzing the typical errors in the bypass platen switching sequence of 110 kV backup automatic switching device in the bypass operation of a certain 110 kV substation, the impact of incorrect switching of bypass platens in the bypass operations on the backup automatic switching trip logic, current logic, and discharge logic are expounded, based on which a kind of bypass platen operation sequence for safety automation device is proposed so as to ensure accurate and reliable actions of backup automatic switching logic in bypass operations.
