Health Condition Evaluation Model of Substation Buildings (Structures) and Auxiliary Facilities

  • 摘要: 构建有效的健康状况评价模型,是变电站建(构)筑物及附属设施健康状况评价方法研究过程中亟待解决的关键问题。在变电站健康状况的控制参数、检测方法及限值研究的基础上,以层次分析法为基础,结合模糊综合评价理论,建立了适用于变电站健康状况评价的模型。相比现有传统鉴定评价方法该模型具有评价逻辑层次明确、评价范围全面、评价过程易用的特点。

     

    Abstract: Establishing an effective health condition evaluation model is a key issue to be solved in the process of research on the health status evaluation methods for power station buildings(structures) and auxiliary facilities. Based on the existing research on control parameters, detection methods and limits of substation health condition,a model suitable for substation health condition evaluation is built with combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory. In contrast to the existing traditional evaluation methods, the model features clear evaluation logic levels, full range of evaluation scope and evaluation process easy to use.
