Abstract: In order to reduce accident risks and ensure the safe and stable operation of power plants,descriptions are made on how to carry out specific safety culture construction from eight aspects of safety culture construction in large hydropower plants, and several considerations for the construction of safety culture in power plants are proposed based on practice, so as to promote the construction of safety culture in hydropower plants and ensure the safe and stable operation of hydropower plants.
