Analysis of Noise Anomalies of a 220 kV Transformer in Operation and Verification with Simulation

  • 摘要: 对河北南部地区首例新投运的某220 kV变电站三相五柱式变压器噪声数据异常原因进行分析,通过对变压器中性点流过直流电流分量测试和频谱分析,修订噪声声级后,得出变压器噪声原因是由流过的约1 A小直流电流引起,并对试验结论进行仿真验证,同时制定了针对性的运检策略,并简单讨论了治理措施。

     

    Abstract: The abnormal noise data from a three-phase five-pole transformer of a 220 kV substation is analyzed, which is the first case occurred in initial operation of such substation in southern region of Hebei Province, the noise component tests and spectrum analysis of DC current through the transformer neutrals are carried out, and after the noise levels are revised, the test conclusion that the transformer noise is caused by small DC current of about 1 A flowing through is obtained, which has been verified by simulation, meanwhile, the pertinent operation and maintenance strategy is formulated and the corresponding control measures are studied.
