关于配电检修中习惯性违章行为的发散思考
Open Thinking on Habitual Violations in Power Distribution Overhauls

摘要: 针对电力企业100条习惯性违章中与配电检修相关的18条行为违章、3条装置违章以及5条管理违章行为，运用全面质量管理原因分析法，从“人员、机器、材料、方法、环境、测量”六个维度进行了解析，以期为配电检修安全工作提供参考。Abstract: In allusion to the 100 items of habitual violation for electric power enterprises, including 18 items involve behavior violations relevant to power distribution overhauls, 3 device violations and 5administrative violations, the total quality control（TQC） analysis method is adopted to analyze the six dimensions of“personnel, machine, material, method, environment and measurement”so as to offer reference for the safety of power distribution overhauls.
