Abstract: The paper introduces "One standard and Dual control" method which covers three aspects of "one post, one standard", "one person, one control" and "one thing, one control". It also introduces the experiences and effectiveness of the implementation of "One Standard and Dual Control". The promotion of application of worksite "One Standard and Dual Control" can effectively enhance the work-site safety risk control capability and improve the safety awareness, self-protection consciousness and safety skills of the workers, basically realizing work-site construction standardization, safety management procedure-oriented, and full-staff safety responsibility implementation, aimming at safe and civilized construction.
