Study on Safety Education and Training for Migrant Workers in the Construction of Pumped Storage Power Stations

  • 摘要: 在抽水蓄能电站工程建设过程中,农民工作为施工作业人员的主要组成部分,提高其安全意识和安全技能水平尤为重要。通过问卷调查、现场座谈的形式,对8家在建抽水蓄能电站农民工安全教育培训的现状、问题和方式方法等进行了调研。结果表明,培训水平和方式、效果反馈、工作强度、奖惩手段等对农民工安全教育培训效果有较大的影响。

     

    Abstract: During the construction of pumped storage power stations, migrant workers, as the main part of construction workers, are particularly important to improve their safety awareness and safety skills. Through questionnaires and on-site discussions, the current situation, problems and methods of safety education and training for migrant workers in 8 pumped storage power stations under construction are investigated, with the results show that the means such as training level and mode, effect feedback, work intensity, reward and punishment are of great significance to affect the safety education and training effects for migrant workers.
