Abstract: It is introduced that a county-level power supply enterprise comprehensively implements the construction of a safety production risk system based on the standard "Safety Production Risk Management System: 2017", taking safety risk control as the principle, and that a system of "element to person, rolling improvement" to promote the implementation method and daily management operation mode is created based on the experience of some county-level power supply enterprises upgrading from "three diamonds" to "four diamonds".
