Application of Centric Measurement Excel Programmed Operation in Vertical Hydropower Turbines

  • 摘要: 为实现水轮发电机组中心调整计算过程全自动化、快速化、无纸化,采用Excel软件函数图表功能进行编程,并以某水电站为例进行试验。结果表明:在钢琴线、定子中心调整时,Excel程序化运算表格能够以动态模式快速反馈被调整设备偏离机组安装中心的距离、角度、垂直度;以坐标系的形式清晰直观展现需要调整的方位、倾斜的方向以及加垫的位置,避免了人工处理数据带来的计算误差和时间延误,极大地缩短了整体的检修工期;且该机组中心测量Excel程序化运算表格还拥有系统结构清晰、编程简单、通用性强、使用便捷、计算精度高等特点。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize fully automatic, rapid and paperless process of centric adjustment and calculation for hydropower turbines, the function of Excel software function charts is applied to program. Taking a hydropower station as an example for experiment, it comes to the conclusions as follows: When the centric adjustments are carried on piano-wires and stators, the Excel programmed calculation sheet is available to quickly feedback the distance, angle and verticality of the adjusted equipment away from the preset installation center of units. In the form of coordinate system, it clearly and intuitively shows the azimuth, gradient direction and additional padding position to be adjusted, which avoids calculated errors and time delays caused by artificial processing-based data, and greatly shortens the overall maintenance periods. What’s more, the centric measurement Excel programmed operation sheet for the units features clear system structure, simple programming,strong universality, convenient application, high calculation accuracy, and so on.
