Improvement of Moistureproof for Manual Manipulation Box of Isolating Switch

  • 摘要: 西门子隔离开关在浙江省内被广泛使用,其手动操作机构箱存在防潮能力差,受潮缺陷频发的问题,威胁着变电站系统设备的正常运行。因此,解决西门子隔离开关手动操作机构箱防潮问题,对提升变电站设备运行的安全性和稳定性有积极作用。对西门子隔离开关手动操作机构箱原有设计进行剖析,从积水排出、潮气对流、箱体密封三个角度提出相关改进措施,期望对解决箱体受潮问题提供积极帮助。

     

    Abstract: Siemens isolating switch is widely used in Zhejiang Province, whereas, there exsists in its manual manipulation box such problems as poor moistureproof and frequent damp defects, which threatens the normal operation of substation system equipment. Therefore, the solution to the moistureproof problem of Siemens isolating switch manual operation box would play a positive role in improving the safety and stability of substation equipment operation. The original design of the manual box of Siemens isolating switch is analyzed, and the relevant improvement measures are put forward from the aspects of water discharge, moisture convection and box sealing, in hoping to provide positive help to solve the manual box damp problem.
