Abstract: Based on PHA-FTA, the cause of overhead operation accidents during line tower assembly is analyzed, and it is determined that the accident is mainly caused by illegal operation, weak safety awareness, lack of relevant qualifications of operators, non-inspection of tools and instruments as well as wrong command of the responsible person. The corresponding preventive measures are proposed so as to improve the safety management level of line tower assembly construction project.
