Abstract: In allusion to the various issues related to safety management of outsourcing businesses such as frequent onsite violations by outsourcing personnel in power supply companies, a whole-process transparent outsourcing security management system is studied and applied by strengthening top-level design, building outsourcing teams, establishing digital platforms, and formulating transparent security management systems, so as to enhance an enterprise’s security management capabilities and promote the healthy development of outsourcing businesses.
