Application of Improved LEC Method in Wind Power Engineering

  • 摘要: 基于传统的LEC评价法,综合“人、物、环、管”对事故发生可能性的影响,分析确定4个一级指标和20个二级指标,并引入修正系数来降低人的主观性对评价结果的影响。结合工程计算实例说明了修正LEC评价法的必要性,并根据实际风险划分结果建立“4+3”风险控制模式,使得工程实施中的重大危险得到有效控制。

     

    Abstract: Based on the traditional LEC evaluation method and the comprehensive effects of "people,things, rings and tubes" analyzed on the possibility of accidents, four first-level indicators and twenty second-level indicators are determined, and the modified coefficient is introduced to reduce the effect of human subjectivity on the evaluation results. Combined with a project calculation case, it illustrates the necessity of amending the LEC evaluation method, and establishes a "4+3" risk control model according to the actual risk division results, so that the major risks in the implementation of a project can be effectively controlled.
