Abstract: A new safety management evaluation method for power enterprises is proposed, with an evaluation model containing 262 evaluation factors which are divided into four safety levels according to their scoring rate. The empirical study results indicate that the proposed evaluation method is able to detect potential safety management risks in targets evaluated, which offers a new effective approach for the power industry to perform safety management evaluations.
