Abstract: In allusion to a contact corrosion event of disconnector in 330 kV substation, the corrosion mechanism is analyzed by means of macro inspection, material analysis, scanning electron microscope micro morphology and element surface scanning, etc., the real cause of corrosion failure of disconnector is found out,and preventive measures are put forward.
