Abstract: "6S" lean management, as a mature management mode, has been widely used and developed in manufacturing enterprises. According to the business characteristics of electric power research enterprises,the "6S" lean management method is introduced, by which the introduction of principles are proposed, the implementation standards and rules are established, and the lean management is implemented by means of establishing a good mechanism for pilot implementation and comprehensive development, as well as star standard review and other methods, with sound results achieved.
