Abstract: Team is the basic organization of an enterprise, which is the basis for strengthening the management of the enterprise and improving its safe production level. Starting with the current situation of safety management for the team of a nuclear power plant, the long-term mechanism of safety construction and management for the team is explored combined with practice in continuously improving the safety construction of the team, creating a safety culture atmosphere, consolidating the foundation of safe production, and constantly strengthening the safety awareness of team members so as to realize the transition from "want me to be safe" to "I want to be safe".
