Abstract:
Steam turbine generator is one of the key equipment for generating electricity, and its safe and stable operation plays an extremely important role in the reliability of power supply. Modal test analysis was conducted on the end of a generator stator windings in a power plant through the hammering method to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the end of stator windings as well as the intrinsic frequencies of the bars and leads so as to guide the inspection and maintenance activities during the overhauls on the end of stator windings so as to ensure the steam turbine generator not to experience significant vibration or resonance during operation and improve the safe operation level of the generator sets.
